By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. During high demand periods, slight delays may occur

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days. This includes both processing and shipping time. Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance (if applicable)

3. Shipping Address Policy (Strict)

  • Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout
  • Address cannot be changed after order placement
  • Customers are fully responsible for entering correct shipping details
  • Once order is confirmed, no modifications or redirection is possible

4. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or failure may occur.  In such cases, Zyra Store will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays. If parcel is returned due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply

5. Delivery Process

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout via our courier partners. Delivery attempts are made in accordance with the courier’s policies and procedures. In the event the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery will be handled as per the courier’s terms and conditions. Please note that additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect address details or customer-related issues, including repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or unavailability.

6. Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email so customers can monitor their order.

7. Delays or Lost Packages

In rare cases of delay or missing shipment, customers should contact us at zyra.global.shop@gmail.com. We will assist in coordinating with the courier service. 

Final resolution depends on courier investigation and policy

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in product or shipping cost

9. Responsibility Clause

Once order is shipped and handed over to courier, responsibility of safe delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Zyra Store will assist in resolving issues but cannot control courier delays or transit issues
